Audio processing software

Quite often, localisation projects include voice dubbing, specially those with multimedia contents. Sound quality must be the same as the original, or better when possible. Audio software allows engineers to modify the material recorded in the studio in order to adapt it to the target files.

- Adobe Audition: I have worked on various projects involving sound processing. Tasks included:

- Voice recording
- Adding effects
- Cleaning up noise
- Separating audio channels and identifying possible output issues
- Selecting and generating tracks out of the master file
- Preparing files for output
- Supervising the embedding process into other formats (Flash, Director...)
- Addressing and fixing sound quality issues.
